Project Overview

Vijay Nagar Society is a landmark residential development located in Andheri (East), Mumbai, spanning 180,000 sq. ft. and comprising G+10 floors. Executed by G Construction with Paranjape Schemes as the builder and RCC consultancy by JW, the project was commenced in January 2008 and successfully completed in May 2011. The development emphasizes robust RCC structural execution, integrating labour and shuttering expertise to ensure long-term strength, stability, and safety.

The scope of work covered complete RCC structure construction, including precise shuttering, reinforcement, and high-grade concrete works. Each stage—from foundations to superstructure—was carried out with rigorous quality control measures, ensuring durability and adherence to design specifications. The structural framework was executed with seamless coordination between consultants, site engineers, and on-ground teams to deliver a resilient and efficient build.

G Construction further ensured smooth project execution through strong project management practices, including planning, labour management, safety adherence, and timely delivery.
